What is BAWSE. policy on returns and exchanges?
Returns & Exchanges: You can get your item exchanged for free if there is a size issue (Depends on availability) .
We do Not Offer Returns unless the item you've received is damaged or defective in which case our team will thoroughly inspect the item after we have received it back and payment will be refunded in your bank account within 3 days of us receiving the product if there's no discrepancy found.

Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.
What is your refund policy?
In case an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 hours.
How will refunds be processed?
All refunds will be directly transferred to your bank account within 7 business days of reaching out to our customer care team.
